The Journal Standard shoe uses on-trend denim materials with two different treatments: one washed and one bleached. The idea behind this, according to Mr Matsuo, is to create two different vibes: one cleaner, slicker style using the washed denim and one relaxed, casual look using the bleach effect. Leather laces and slightly modified eyelets also give great stand out.
